Donation terms

Effective September 2, 2026

Nesivos is a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, EIN 46-5613314. Donations are used to support Nesivos' charitable mission. Unless Nesivos tells you otherwise for a particular gift, no goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution.

Card gifts and acknowledgments

Sola processes card payments and may email a transaction confirmation. After an approved gift, a separate Nesivos charitable contribution acknowledgment is available from the confirmation screen and Nesivos staff. Please retain the records appropriate for your tax needs.

Monthly gifts

By selecting monthly giving, you authorize Sola to charge the displayed amount today and each month afterward. A fixed plan ends after the number of payments selected; an ongoing plan continues until canceled. To request cancellation or another change, email info@nesivos.org or call 732-534-7800. Please allow reasonable processing time before the next scheduled charge.

Donor-advised fund gifts

A donor-advised fund gift is subject to the sponsoring organization's approval and policies. The sponsoring organization normally provides the donor's tax receipt. A recurring DAF recommendation must be arranged through that sponsor; this site does not create monthly DAF charges.

Mistakes, unauthorized charges and refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, contact Nesivos promptly. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be limited by processing, legal, tax and donor-advised fund requirements.
