Privacy notice

Effective September 2, 2026

Nesivos uses the information you provide to process and acknowledge donations, maintain donor records, communicate about your gift, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, donation amount, schedule, dedication, campaign source, payment result and transaction or recurring-schedule reference. If you give through a donor-advised fund, we may also record the sponsoring provider you select.

Payment security

Card numbers and security codes are entered in Sola's hosted iFields and sent directly to Sola. They do not enter the Nesivos application. Nesivos stores secure payment references and transaction results, not your full card number or security code.

How information is shared

Information is shared only as needed with payment processors and service providers that support donation processing, security, recordkeeping and communications, or when required by law. Nesivos does not sell donor personal information.

Retention and choices

Donation and financial records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. To ask about your information or a recurring gift, contact info@nesivos.org or call 732-534-7800.
